so if I went for 3 generations to get something set up you have to have some strength, right?

How many weapons have requirements < 3? A whole lot. So why didnt you grab, idk, dagger, practice sword, whatever? 1st lvl doesnt mean that you cant use any weapon.

So, as you say, but I just gave at the beginning of the agility. But in future I will know that construction of the form is not entirely arbitrary, even in some sense imposed.
