Title: a couple of questions

Hi,
I can't log in into EU servers. Am I get banned? My friend(Kapikulu_Gazi) was playing his character on the same cd-key with me. My ingame name is Kapikulu_caki. If I get banned, is it a permanent ban and why did I get banned? And how long am I going to be banned in case I get banned?
