I just bought a $60,000 banner for my one-man-clan. Feels epic. :D

Would it be possible for someone to build me a banner with this image?
I don't know how to cut it down to size myself.

I don't mind the watermark.
I just don't know how to make that picture 132*340 pixels.
How do I do that?

its a square image it would look warped and ugly if resized to thouse dimensions
