The next update (soon) will contain transfer of everything between your characters. The update after that will then most likely contain direct access for everyone to the marketplace, so you don't have to go through your main anymore.

What about sacrifice option for level 31 and higher?

The transfer will replace sacrifce and funding, you can move gold, heirloom points and items freely between your characters.
