Well, if you're going for realism, then shielders would absolutely be fucked, two handers in real life could take there shield away with one swing, and your long spear and bec dexxtaa would be beyond worthless up close. Although you would have a pretty big advantage if you kept that distance with a swordsman, as soon as he got past that spear point you'd be pretty much dead. So if you did add grappling against two handers it would be totally unfair unless two handers could grapple against other play styles , theres a reason the knights were the best in close combat (besides there armor!)
is it possible to add a grapple attack against two handers, so that they get bumped if you are really close like the one we have for ranged fighters now?
the realism reason, if you are close enough, then you can grab in the weapon of your opponent to get an advantage.
the biased selfish reason, i am sick of of it that two handers clip through teammates and walls and are able to hit you even if you stand right under their nose.

No offense dexx, but you cant send in a realism discussion post, I've seen what you do with a long spear, with your 360 stab jump back flip in full plate nonsense.
