How does it work exactly? Any guides on this?

It's RANDOM :D
 
Basicly play on a C-rpg server and you randomly (When alive) get a +3 to crafting to all items you currently are holding
through with the new patch I have no clue what they change with it

that crafting wiki is 100% accurate as far as I can tell except for one thing.  If you drop an item you won't get it the crafting bonus for chadztext.  HOWEVER if your horse dies and you get the chadztext I was under the impression you got +3 crafting for the horse (but not if you dismounting on your own).

Either way it's up to date...

Yeah cuz you get points for your shield even if its broken (but not replaced) or ammunition if its at zero (but not replacing by scavenging different ammo).
