If I read the variables correctly, it's 200 gold base, with 20 gold/kill and -15gold/death. So an AI with a 10:5 ratio would get 200+(200-75) gold [325 if I don't suck at math]. I think it's probably gold, wasn't a level 30 worth 400 strat gold?

Apart from what is explained there, it would also result in stuff like spawning with less ammo, if you picked up any in the previous round or various other slot-related problems, when you pick stuff up in the previous round.

Easy way to bypass upkeep.

Items you pick up in one round and store for next round, will count as your items in next round and you will pay upkeep for those items.
About avoiding upkeep.. spawn, kill some enemies, wait until there's 2 players left, leave the server, come back for next round and you won't pay any upkeep. You won't be getting multi either but if your team is about to lose it's better to leave to avoid (most certain) high upkeep than stay for a couple ticks. Just play next round when your team is winning and you'll be able to upkeep pretty much anything without losing any gold.

I don't quite remember where, but some dev said somewhere, that this still results in you paying upkeep, as if you had stayed till the end of the round.

This is possible, never check for gold amount on site. I know that you're getting message like it's your item.

No you won't. You can't pay upkeep for items that you don't own, the website will ignore it.

I'm confJuiced. When a round ends and you'll pick up some enemies weapon and spawn with his/her weapon and then play the round you will pay upkeep for it. Won't you? Cuz i know that has happened before. Unless it's completely out = YAY GET PRACTICE DAGGER AND STEAL UR LOOMED WEAPONS!

I see 2h overheads get pulled into people's ankles all the time, its really stupid and broken.

As much as I'd like to fix Warband engine issues, it's a very time consuming task and cRPG issues are higher priority right now.

I would assume most weird physics issues like that are M&B/warband engine issues.... It's 10 year old indy game now that's barely being supported (Napoleon DLC support patch was prolly last). No point in patching anyways, M&B2 will eventuallly clean it up.

I bet u that mb2 will be just like fire and sword and everyone will run back to cRPG like everyone has done for 2 years.. Everyone always complains about engines but take D3 for example. 10000000 times better engine, doesn't matter everyone came back to cRPG. Only reason people quit now a days is because gay classes, and rl
