The rumor had started on another site, which wouldnt do me any good if I linked you to it as it is private and registration has been closed for some time now. "Spook's friend" made the topic about his funeral being today, as most of you read. Here is the post that started it all

So what was the point of the random lie? Was it simply to get people to post on a thread? A bit weird. If it's a funny joke I'm really not sure how that works...

If it is all a stunt its possibly a way to force himself to quit the game, cant come back or everyone will know he lied about it. But i wouldn't be surprised if he was in fact dead. I dont play seige much anymore but back when i first started out and before i was a hosbergler i was a 2hander who always played seige, and i was a spook fan.

Too much inconsistencies and lack of actual proof for him to be actually dead.

Whoever he was, if he really is dead I'm very sorry for him and the people who knew him. My younger brother died last week in an accident and it fucking sucks beyond comprehension...so I'm pretty annoyed at all the people taking a piss on a guy in the other thread if it's real. I hope it isn't a joke, or actually I do for his and his family's sake, because this shit isn't something to joke about.

Also, tell that to the guys that are probably lying about someone's death, atleast everything points to it right now until proven otherwise.

That wasn't directed at you, I was annoyed with the people who were getting super self-righteous about the whole thing & making fun of people dying when this was all pretty obvious from the beginning.

think about this..

say spook was still alive, but then saw all this and killed himself because of it.  if you lived in Missouri you would be liable for cyberbulling, computer fraud (federal crime) and possibly manslaughter charges.

meant to say if SPOOK lived in Missouri.  several other states; CA, FL, IL, MA, TX, WA, have similar cyberbully/harassment laws.  So good luck with that.
