I play the game for at least 2 or 3 hours a night for about 6 or 7 nights every 2 weeks (so almost every other day) and I'm only gen 8.  I think the better question isn't who's the highest gen, but who's the highest level player?

I know there's quite a few 34's, I gotta imagine someone or more are 35

I think Ego is 35 by now. At least he didn't retired or respecced since i joined HRE. There are also some 34s amongst HRE.
34 isn't that rare i guess, only 35 is special. =P

I am gen 12 (near to 13) and started this character in very late december 2011. Usually took about 2 weeks for each gen but also did 2 gens in less than a week (gen 7 and 8 I believe). I also didn't respec once until gen 9, then usually at least once every gen. DAMN respec. :)

In rageball with some not brainless teammates it's pretty easy to have constant x5 map after map. Back in the days when Makelele still played 90 % of the time I had at least x4. I'm gen 10 btw, but I had another char which was gen 13-14 but I deleted it.

If you play battle it's really hard. If you play rageball or siege with good team - not so much.

What's the point of being gen 60 ? ~20 masterworked items ? And so what ? You can only use 9 at a time maximum.

Well, its good to have many if you either like swapping items quite often or if you change your class every some weeks and be fine with staying at level 31/32 I guess. I just know I am far from being ready retirering... and well not really much of a problem for me. It doesnt take long to get on a level where I deal enough dmg to fight properly, so its fine.

pre gen nerf/recalculation me and american where top level/generation

he was 42  an ats if i remember correctly
i was 30

at that time with x5 was giving 14k exp

and pre  x1 x2 x2 system. we where getting 22-25k  for round

so retiring at that levels was very fast, once very 2 day at gen 30+


I recently retired from lev 35, and make a gen takes 5 day at max. at gen 15.

Kesh and goretooth were both crazy high gens before the restructuring. Kesh has not played in a long time. I bet he is still in the top 10.
