Battle of Thermopylae with no shenannigans. 2 teams, cliff, MoF points will be dead center.

I like it, even if it is kind of a funnel the herd map at least your team mates would stick together for once...
well maybe they would.
One question, the spawns are on the hilly areas correct?
just because spawning and getting shot by archers is not fun.
(my computer takes a second to load new maps and put me in the game)

No hills on the side are block by barriers... i could put a row of siege shields at spawn though so you aren't spawning into a volley

Well I'd expect most 2 handers and polearmers to die from the ranged that they can't get away from.

Very nice, looking forward to getting kicked off that cliff. I like the open field or small close quarters maps (like the steppe town rooftop battle) where there's nowhere to hide, it's just pure pell-mell reckless charge action.

good better map! :)

Entirely by accident i've discovered teleportation... so the question is leave in my magical teleportation cliff and make a deathmatch arena where it ports to or fix what i did

I vote teleporting into a gladiatorial arena...complete with killing pits, charioteers, and killer animals, of course.

If it is a difficult teleport, then fix it.
If on the other hand it is an easy teleport, then make a mock "gate" or pentagram where the points are, and have them lead to a fun arena... or a 400 foot drop that kills you without choice.

It is a consistent place you just walk to and are teleported out to a consistent place... so i can easily turn it into an arena of some sorts

I think that's the point. No cover, nowhere to run and hide no BS. Just a straight up fight. I like it. :D

I am a fan, looks like it'd be a fun map to play, short and sweet seemingly.
If you could add a little cover at spawns just so there isn't any instant volleys of arrows before people even get a chance to move their characters after they've spawned I would have absolutely no issue.
After playing that one map enough times where you spawn opposite side of your opponents and then all ranged turning and shooting into the mobs of spawning players .. Which is intense, yes, but if you get a bad load time you can some times miss 3-5 seconds of play and end up pin cushioned before even getting a chance. (Which then leads to me raging at my PoS computer)
Of course if you added cover at spawns it will encourage a bit of camping probably from the ranged & lighter armored melee & I don't know if you'd want that, it's your map obviously. Just putting out my little critique on it.
The rounds would probably be very fast judging by the screenshot so I doubt dying at the beginning to ranged would be that big of a deal since you'd probably be able to play in less than 2 minutes.
& also can't judge how far away the spawns are from each other, might be that they're far enough away that the ranged will only be able to 'spray and pray' volleys of arrows which is definitely not a huge deal unless it's a lot of very lucky ranged.
All in all I like the map & would like to see it in rotation =] good work.

Still in the making but I've added full length siege walls in front of each team's spawns so you won't be shot immediately out of spawn
Map length is big enough that archers would be spray and praying at best
