Title: Cannot repair heirloom weapon

I have both "Tempered Sword of War" and "Chipped Sword of War" in my inventory in-game, and their stats are shown reduced. But I only see "Tempered Sword of War" in my crpg website inventory so I cannot repair it. How can I repair my loomed weapon?
