Title: Armor Glowing don't know why.

Pls Help my Armour Glows in the light and in the dark i have done a screenshoot :

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

i dont know why because i have make many weapons for my own but this problem i can't solve alone

I'm not very experienced with such things, but it may have something to do with with the specular map of the armor.

Also, I must say that armour looks fantastic. Why can't we have nice things like this in cRPG :(

when you like this armour i can upload this it repleaces the :  green corrizina armour

We need the Redanian ones and the Nilfgardian ones too! And all the lovely Kaedweni armours as well :O And Stennis' armour too! Lawd! :O

Mhh, if this would replace the Gothic Plate, I would use it - but the way you set it up it replaces the Transitional.  :(

As far as I know, Witcher devs have stated that they allow their assets to be used in other games/mods.
However, apart from optimization issues, I think that armor is too "fantasy-ish" to fit in cRPG.

Even stuff like Cuir Bouilli over Mail seems more fantasy to me than this, which was modelled after actual European (tourney) armors.  :wink:

We could use some late medieval infantry armor. All we have is plate armor and barbaric looking stuff

Actually, just to throw out a pet peeve - limit weapon choice/armor to sets. I seriously hate these tincans with weabo gear (nodachi) or light strange armor with dark ages gear. Fashion Police needed.

Alex made allkinds of wierdass armors and weapons including the Sauron armor for the Extra Invasion mod. He overhauled the mod with so many shiny and huge stuff that the game somehow turned into some wierdo JRPG. :D

When is c-rpg realistic? I mean come on... arrows are freaking wet noodles. People survive headshots and pikeman fight in close combat. What part of that is realistic when an archer in tribal warrior armor survives from a crossbow bolt or when heavy armor two hands can catch and kill archers....

What Ninja armor? Perhaps you mean the completely historically accurate lamellar vest?

Its totally possible to survive a headshot with a descent helmet, not all arrows were armorpiercing. Pikemen did fight in pretty close combat. The longer distance the bolt flies the less damage it does, thus surviving a bolt with tribal armor is possible. Depends on heavy armor and chainmail under it, and archers arrowbags are pretty damn heavy when they are full.
But yea...the game aint exactly realistic. But fun isnt stuck in realism.

Its kinda heavily costumized gear , so it must cost a fortune ( like 250k gold ) and would make for a nice money sink ;P

Whats about making it unique ! And while you're at it , make other shiny, unique armors , that fllow around , available on the AH and let bored and over rich players pay buttload of upkeep for it lol
