Title: What is the trick for keeping scrounged lance

Is there a way to set up my default inventory so that when I scrounge up a lance I get to keep it the next round?

Well I managed it once, but ended up with lance and throwing weapons, which I did not want, I wanted lance and bec.

When you want to have a lance at spawn, why dont you simply equip it? You'll have to pay repairs for looted weapons anyway...
