Title: Permaban request Mcdeath_ATS

Battle server, I was last player alive on my team, picking my fights as cav.  I killed 3 enemy players over the course of 2mins or so until flags popped.  Clanmate Argoth noticed Mcdeath say in death_teamchat he was going to TW my horse next round...I would suppose because he didnt want to wait for me to finish my life.

Argoth will post the screenshot of him with his premeditated Tw'ing.

Then a round after that, I guess Mcdeath wasnt a fan of our clan and TW'd Argoth for no reason.


McDeath is a known asshat and repeat offender.  Please give him maximum punishment.

well i witnessed this but at the same time digglez delayed for around 3 min. everyonein chat was getting mad and wanting to poll him. i say both of u are wrong and both should get a warning. but this is not valued a ban in my opinion

so riding a horse killing about 4-5 of them while the last one alive is delaying?

no different any HA like Roh who has been protected by admins.  Remember, I killed 3 of your team at least, at least one of those with horse throwing.  Taking your time to to probe enemy to find weakest player is not delaying.  My kills more than prove I had the intent to fight and kill, which I did, which is absolutely not delaying.

He was always engaging the enemy, it wasn't delaying.

Ah, I love the smell of a ban thread in the afternoon. Now then, yes I did say I was going to tk his horse this because that idiot ran me over multiple times and I can't stand anything more then a teammate cav who doesn't know how to ride a horse. I was sick of it and he needed a message to be sent. Now as for the tw to Argoth you can clearly see me say sorry a second after. I hit him by 100% accident becuase I was testing the swing speed of a weapon I had just bought on the market and I thought no one was near me and I hit him, it had nothing to do with the fact that he is in NH completely unrealated. Now as for punishment a permaban is absolutly ridiculous and anything more than a day is rediculous especially if the idiot on the horse doesn't get some kind of punishment for cav bumping teammates.

Just so we can get this cleared up I wanted to tk Digglz for the fact that he cant watch his cav bumps not for his non delaying. He was activly fighting while I was dead but it was cause of him I was dead.

The twing of Argoth does look accidental but the twing of Digglez and his horse was on purpose.

24 hour Ban.

P.S was going to make it 15 but you have already been banned before :)
