Title: BAN DaveUKR

playing on EU 6 today and dave was planting construction materials in at least 3 siege maps.
saw him twice and when ever he was defender construction materials appeared.
Several people kept telling him to stop it but he kept on doing it and denying it.

took a screen, not the best one but the "growth" of the material is visual. (not used to taking screens)
was between 17:30 and 18:15

he than got vote kicked by some grey order guy. many drz and grey order guys have seen it aswell.

Dave admitted he was leeching, but not placing const sites.
Yet can't explain the first screenshot in this thread.

After a (very) long discussion in IRC I offered him to try and reconstruct the sitation of the first screenshot, if I manage to, he gets an essay.

Cause we could have less fucktards and abusers, who get banned only from official EU servers and can play on EU4, Shogunate, Fallen, RU and other national servers.

The main problem that the broken mechanism can be fixed easily by developers, but they don’t want to do anything, so players are forced to play in shitload of small bugs which can be fixed in 5 minutes. And this so bad that innocent people get banned without evidences.

I really dont understand why people demand a ban for some minor shit that might have happened on siege.

What is siege? A spawn and slash feast you die and respawn immediately afterwards.

In battle you die and have to wait several mins for the next round.

But for some weird reasons noone cares about the rules in battle.
I get teamkilled right in front of an admins nose, nothing happens.............
Admins place ladders to get out of the map......in this shitty NA village-castle map that would be fine for about 20-30 ppl, Nord Town, Port Assault same and although many admins are on I have never seen someone except Mustikki saying anything, but I have seen different admins exploiting themselves.

Dave is (most of the time) a player who is not totally stupid/ retarded/ exploiting all the time/ teamattacking, ..., when you want to punish him why not the 80 % of this community who really deserve it?

He lies and he knows it but he is trying to make idiots from admins, giving them a crappy reconstruction. Not one or two man saw that he had violated the rules of the server, he was asked to stop doing it, but he just spit at all and continued to do what he wanted to do. We showed to you screenshots, you have received confirmation from witnesses, what proof you still need?

@michael: regardless of me not beeing a "fan" of you I dont even understand whats your business in here? I really dont. I am more than happy if hes banned from EU cause I dont give a fuck about RUScrpg servers and EU4 is down for weeks in case you didnt notice. And just in case you (however) are not able to read the topic I posted (cause your post indicates that) I am not talking about slashing at attackers spawn but placing constr. material which makes it difficult/impossible to access key areas of the siege map
(If you do not understand this, try ask someone to explain, maybe they have the patience to explain to you, but please dont make this thread a fucking whining thread about yourself)

I saw you getting rid of 3 contruction materials at attackers spawn after you got balanced to attackers side.

What bugs? Construction material is fine for catapults or healing tents, but using it to block paths is just exploitation. There was no bug hunting, and that can be done in the forums not abusing the game.

At which of the screens DaveUKR placed cs? I dont see this.

Siege is a joke mod, to fix this, remove cs and ladders and give reward for killing enemies, problems would be solved.

I know RXN, and the Druzhina. I've never once seen them grief. They are a respectable clan, and they know that themselves too.

First post first screen, not difficult to miss

I allready said the screen is not so good but you can see  the edge of the material allready as it is "growing". If you dont know how this looks like, buy one yourself, place it on EU3 and than compare the images.

you aswell failed in understanding this thread, its not about his leeching or whatever.
furthermore it is quite a comon move to admit some minor missactions (such as leeching) to draw away the attention from the actual abuse, several placings of construction sites.
