Title: How are prices/fees etc. calculated?
Post by: Karrypto on May 11, 2012, 02:21:16 pm
So while playing Strategus I was wondering how crafting efficiency, recruitment chance, fief prosperity and visiting fees are calculated.
And there's also something else bothering me. I'm not sure if it's a bug but my strat action menu still shows I'm carrying 3 crates with 65kg of goods in them after selling them some days ago.

1. Crafting/recruiting chance per hour is pretty straight foward, the more people are inside a fief the lower the % will fall and the other way around.
2. Prosperity, don't mind about this one, if your not owning a fief, then this is not for u to bother about.
3. Visiting fee, is the per hour gold rent your paying inside a fief.
4. Sell tax%, what will be given to the fief from your trade goods sales.
4b. Also your trade good profits depend totally on the fiefs "Good price", taxes and the distance bonus% u sold them from.
5. Crates don't always update on the strat char, depending on what u are doing, try exit and re-enter to fief and it should be updated.

First of all thank you for your answers.
About the visiting fee: I know you have to pay that amount of gold per hour spent in that fief, but it seems to be either 100 or 1 gold per hour. Any idea what the height of the fee depends on?

The fee is set by the owner of the fief. Neutral locations are usually set to 1g/hr.
