Title: Maxed out offers

I have 15 offers up but it says I have my full quota of 25 in use. I'm currently not taking part in any auctions and each time a trade is accepted by some one I can't fill that slot, it's slowly being degraded.

I went from 17 slots 2 hours ago to 15 now...

Bugged here too, showing 2 offers and i have 0.
