13 WPF per PT, so just make sure that if you go 10PT you have atleast 130 WPF and 143 WPF for 11 PT (probably impossible for lvl 30). Mind you that pure throwers are just not effective in battle and such char should be used only for fun.

Vibe is a liar, pure throwers are ball loads of fun and very effective.

Go 12/24 or 15/24 thrower, its much more fun.

Frank is correct. I'm playing a 15/24 throwing alt at the moment and tis ballin'. With jarids, tis TinCanDestroyer.
