I just started playing this last night. I bought myself some leather armor, a simple sword, and a shield. I put them on in the inventory sheet on the crpg site, and then i go into a game... And im not wearing a shirt, i am wearing the helmet i bought, and i only have a club.
I tried restarting the game, joining and rejoining, going back to the site and equipping peasant stuff so i could go into the game and equip my new stuff there. Nothing.
How do i fix this?

Probaly. The "Difficulty" is the Strength needed for a Weapon/Armor.
For almost everything else you need the Requirements like "Riding" or "Shield" etc.
Look in the guides in the beginner section. It takes some time to get fully into the mod but then its awesome. :)
