There should be an option for Pikemen because almost everyone is one, 2h or polearm or 1hander or anything else.

2handers hands down.

It's almost comparable to a game that's almost forbidden to mention but oh well. 'Call of Duty'. There you got Quickscopers/Trickshotters etc etc and in CRPG you got 2handers (especially swords) trying to be ''All pro, block it all, abuse stab to the fullest'' class because they've seen their ''idols'' do it.

yes 2h wat most consider but i think atm many chose to be shielder atleast what i saw so far
ther MUCH MORE shielders then back in the days
also the scimmi seems too dir out +1

NA battle is overrun with horses and, consequently, ranged, because all the melee got tired of dealing with horses.

As a result, NA Siege is now more popular than NA battle.

It's a funny metagame shift over the past  month in na battle
% wise:
slowly more and more cav
slightly more archers
Way more throwers, for melee to hit cav and archers who run
slowly less and less melee.
we're around 1/3rd cav 1/3rd melee 1/3rd ranged when i played yesterday... lol
nothing too crazy, but if the trend continued it would be very funny.
I'm still going to pick 2h though. still the most by # of players

we need more xbow cav imo

ye siege becomes much more popular for the vets in eu too
probably because the cav clans often rule battel mode....

I'd say most of the NA battle on a given night is 2h Hollywood Heroes.

They aren't the most played, but there has been a huge increase in throwers in the NA servers recently.

Due to the decline in archers and proliferation of cavalry and HX. You still have to have a counter to them.

On EU i see anything from hoplites to shielders to throwers xbowers archers cav ect ect an yes lots n lots of pikemen..  :wink:

In someway there arent a most played class imho

Would have been better to just ask what class our main is :)

Anyway, some developer should easily be able to give us the correct numbers.
