Ok, I know this has been discussed, but any further information would be helpful. I've added cRPG launcher multiple times to steam as a non steam game. But for some reason it will never launch Warband via steam with it. Not sure the fix. Any help would be "helpful" no pun intended. I've also redownloaded the launched a few times.

The new Launcher or WSELoader or whatever seems to "patch Steam out". I don't really like this new way either. It might break Warband on the next update too for sure :|
But you can add the Launcher as non-steam-game you'll have the Steam overlay in it now.

It doesn't "patch Steam out", it uses a different (no-Steam) executable to start the game. Which means it's exactly the contrary of what you said, on the next update absolutely nothing will happen and it will keep working like it does now.
To OP: there's nothing you can do about it, except wait for when we port it to the latest Warband version.

I did add the cRPGLauncher.exe, which is in the same dir as the mb_warband.exe. NOT the WSELoader.exe. Steam-Overlay works for me there, but it does not start the normal Steam-Warband.

Adding crpglauncher to steam library doesn't work.Still no steam in-game overlay.

Hmmm... I didn't install Steam in the default folder (c:\program...) but on a different disc. Windows handles the program-folder special, so maybe thats the reason why it works for me but not others?
