Title: Banned from NA-7? DTV Shaddo

I seem to have been banned from the NA DTV server, though I have no idea why.

Is there some kind of auto ban system?

Pretty sure you got hit with a global ban, which means this isn't the proper place to post an inquiry. Try posting here: http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/board,64.0.html after you've made sure you are actually banned from both NA and EU. Otherwise maybe it was just a poll ban.
