Title: Custom Banner/Flag/Colours

My friend and I want to start a Faction, but since I suck at editing stuff I was wondering if someone could help me out?
I have an awesome logo and I know what colour I want my faction guy to be, but the problem I have is that I suck at the dds stuff for the banner.
Can someone help me out please?

And sorry for my bad english, I am not an english native speaker.

Post the picture here with some details regarding the banner,offer some gold as a reward and everything will happen.
