Title: strat problem

I saw one dude not far from me battleing some poor chick. So i pressed quick march and i think i come to him before battle was over.
So i can't attack him now. I have 200 minutes left to quick march over,and when i press attack my army comes to 3 meters away from enemy,but then it just turn back to 64,and then again to 3,and then again to 64.

What is this problem?

nvm he is having 1h immunity from attacking after battle.
