Title: Siege towers

Triple the health of the siege towers. They really are too easy to kill given the amount of effort you have to put in to make the damn things. Your far better off just throwing up ladders :/

A little more perspective on the issue.

The cost of one large siege tower = around 230 siege ladders... Which is more than enough for a battle.

One thing i'd like to note about siege towers that could be fixed is the fact that you can jump through the roof of them as well, a defending team seeing one rolling up can just throw a ladder from the walls and pour twenty men and ruin the siege tower assault via wizarding your way through the roof.

Only point seems to be mobile archer towers.

after all sieges on samara and fave other castels i will say

Siege tover gives you uperawesome spot for archers
If you want destroy 1 you will lose shitload of troops because thay have to focus on tower wich is almost always protect by attackers

smal tower suck but if you use that on a proper way thats really good thing.

I'd prefer if they made them easier to build. even with 4 people working on one it will take at least the whole siege round (yes they should be practical not only for screwing around in duel) to get one up.. and then its functionality is basically a horribly expensive ladder which needs the area "secure" to deploy. :(

I get what your saying but its just hugely expensive, disproportionally so. You get more bang for buck out of ladders.

The only way to keep them really safe is to drive them to siege ladder distance from the walls, deploy the ramp and ladder off the ramp. Then they stay up but still... They cost 230 siege ladders. Your fare better off economically building spawn points and using siege ladders.

I think perhaps if the break down of gear look a little different it might be a good option.

5 for weapons rack
20 for healing tent (down from 25)
35 for forward base (as is)
25 for catapult (down from 45, the thing is 95% useless)
35 small siege tower (down from 55)
50 large siege tower (down from 85)

Pushes the price down a hell of a lot. And makes it fare more worth while. A 3 man team can have one up in under 2 min including construction of the weapons rack.

The devs will read this and instead of fixing it like they could have the other siege gear, they will more than likely remove it from the game instead

That has been their reaction to siege gear in the past.

Issue: Community "abuse" of type of siege gear.
Solution: Remove from game.

I just wish it had been dealt with in game with a couple of new rules. I am more than happy to follow the rules and not just dick everyone, I'm pretty sure most of the ST6 guys would do the same. None of the guys that use the stuff want it removed from the game if we had a coherent 100% solid set of rules we would follow them until a real fix could be sorted.

And in all fairness my x floated about all over the place. If this gear really was game breakingly OP I should have been sitting pretty on an x3,4,5 a good chunk of the time.
