Title: Ban DaveUKR

I was reloading my xbow then he kicked me to interrupt my reloading.
I did the same to him then he hit me 3 times and Team Killed me for no reason.
After he tked me,he attacked my clanmate also for again no reason...
Idk why this ass protected by lots of people.I polled for kick but no one attended.
I couldn't get the ScreenShot while he was killing me cuz i tried to block.

Here he TK's me. "DaveUKR bir takım arkadaşını öldürdü ." Means :DaveUKR killed a teammate.

Kicking reloading teammates and teamkilling are serious offences, and if people do em, Id gladly ban em. BUT.
The first picture shows him tking, but it doesnt show the situation, and theres nothing to tell it to be intentional. The second picture looks bad, a guy who looks like daveukr (and prolly is) is attacking a teammate over and over again. Sadly, you arent pointing at him, so we cant see the name. That means this is not proper proves of him intentionally tking. Next time get a picture with his name on so we know who it is, and we can consider what to do about it.

Yes he was my friend who dressed like DaveUKR,im a psycho creating scenes to get Dave banned .

Oh cmon, I wasnt accusing you of dressing up like daveUKR to take him down or something. I just said that these evidence arent good enough to be SURE it was him who did it, or that he did anything wrong. Theres a difference between believeing theres 95% chance his guilty (you cant ban someone if your not sure) or thinking his innocent.

There will be no help I know...What kind of evidence we must bring to ban someone permanently?A serious question...I read eu official rules and insulting is wrong and if it continues,there must be a ban,right?

There must be some rules about permanent ban...Unless,there will be always ban requests and you will have made people sad and angry.

This one got through. Not much difference in the evidence really, except one important part, you can see the _name_ of the person who did it.

You need to conclusive evidence that clearly show 1. Who 2. and what the person did.
These pictures dont clearly show number 1.
