Title: Suggest Games for their own subforum!

We want to give the cRPG community the chance to discuss other games in the cRPG forum, especially those games that are somehow related to the cRPG crowd.

To 'suggest' subboards, simply discuss them in here - we will eventually notice.

We will eventually remove boards if they look (very) dead, and add new ones. (Old posts will be moved in this generic board and archived).

How about a sub-forum for "other M&B mods?"

Also, the Minecraft community is pretty massive, would probably be a big hit here considering how many other c-RPG people play it.

EDIT: Also why not add +/- voting on this forum? That way people can upvote the game someone suggested and you know how many people would want that?

I only play AoE2, used to play it super pro competitive.  :rolleyes:

I got a bukkit-server... but its till on 1.0.0 and i am kinda too lazy to update it, cuz it is like this: A new MC-version comes out. then it takes at least 2 weeks until bukkit has a new recommended version. then 2 to 4 weeks until all the plugins I need/want are updated. Then 1 week until I found the mood to update and finished it. Now everything is fine... until the new MC-version comes out 2 to 4 weeks later.

So! We COULD use my server (located somewhere in the middle of germany), if somebody has the time to update it. s/he gets an FTP-account, its mostly copying the files from a to b and looking for the matching/compatible plugin versions. i can do the restarts and console-stuff, I guess.
~30 Slots should be enough. Its only a v-server (not one of those slot-servers from nitrado or whereever) so we would have to check ping and stuff, but we had 25 people on it and it worked pretty well. If we get more people and some of the players throw a coin we can upgrade the server.

Server is running on offline-mode. People can play on it, when they are registered on the website/forumz and we usually have tnt and stuff deactivated for normal players. creepers do ppl-dmg but no block-dmg. Flying/Cheating should be deactivated. iConomy+some other roleplay-plugins are running. towny was but it broke and didnt get updated for month, so I deactivated it.

Base it on what people actually talk about.  If some game gets a bunch of posts, split off a section for it.

No sense creating a room for some hot new FPS if nobody here actually plays it.  Or talks about it.

i'm pretty sure lots of crpg players will play Diablo 3 when it releases.
No reason to create a sub-forum now , just wait the release and i'm sure lots of posts will be coming :)

Stupid shit game, I used 50 euros on it, because I thought fifa would have improved in 10 years, but it still sucks. I have never raged more than when I played that. I was like wtf when i shot on the post fucking 6 times in a row and then my idiot AI opponent shoots once and my buggy goalkeeper don't do anything to catch the ball. Still makes me mad. Mario Strikers Charged Football is still the best football game I have played

as i know quite a few people who are playing and i dont have the time to dig around this thread, id suggest a sub form for Arma2 mainly for the Day Z mod as its a modern persistent survival horror mod for a mil sim, and i think quite a few people would enjoy it.
