Well this admin on eu3 banned me because I started a poll to ban a griefer. I don't understand, I asked a friend to ask why the ban and he banned my friend as well. cRPG team, this guy doesn't deserve to be admin, he's abusing from his powers. I understand that perhaps a ban poll was a bit harsh from me, but he permanent banned me whereas ban poll is only 1 hour.

Oh, if you don't realise, unban is in 34min. Next time, first ask for unban, then go give a feedback on the admin, when you have ALL the data. At least, that would be the intelligent way to go.

What? Teamkiller? omg... Ok so this guy banned me for something I didnt do lol. Incredible. Firstly, it was on EU3 and many people can confirm, secondly It was because I made a ban poll, or if not that, no apparent reason. Obviously your guy abused, realised he screwed up and tried to solve it lying; or perhaps he just didnt realise. EIther way, and being respectful, I think the "Intelligent thing" would be unbanning me, seriously. If what says there isn't true why should I deserve to be banned?
EDIT: The ts is ironlegion.de come there if you want to speak with the guys that saw it, although after what I've seen I doubt you want to know the truth...

I was with Duke while he was making a catapult and this admin has banned so no more and I was a bit surprised because he was not doing anything. And we were in the EU3 server.

I didn't pick the right reason.
I banned you for random polling without reason.
It was a short ban of 1 h.
I was on the server so no reason to start random polls.

Sure, thats what It says on the log right?
1. You lied in the log because you realised you screwed up.
2. I was going to state a ban poll reason, but I was inmediately banned, and I tell you, if you had let tha poll continue he would had probably got banned as most people agreed on the poll.
3. What about my other friend he got banned just for asking why you banned me. This is clear abusing.

Admins that can't even select the right reason is a contradiction in itself. Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding and you didn't have the fault, but it's not fair I get banned for no reason, or not enough reason. You have to think twice before pressing the red damn button, otherwise the entire server would be banned except for your clan-mates...
Btw, I love your sarcasm in your profile "Listen to wisdom" You obviously did here. Good job.

I did not ban any one else on that server. I did however ban several others on other servers for not following the rules.
One way or another. Chill out 1h hour and suck it up.

lol I won't say anything else than this looks like a robbery: Perform the crime, and disappear right after so you don't get caught. Anyways, I'll chill out for now, just take this as a warning (not that I can do anything, it has been proved, just be careful before banning someone without reason).
Let's just leave it as that, let's Listen to Wisdom indeed...

Logs clearly say that he only banned IL_Duke for the poll.
He also stated on the server that he didn't select the correct reason for the ban.
Everyone got kicked about 2 minutes after the ban because a strategus battle started...
Stop overreacting.
If someone is griefing you just use the i chat to check if an admin is around to check it out.
Also make sure you state the reason before or right after you initiate a poll, especially on duel servers most polls are rage polls and admins can not always see what's going on.

let me know if I'm wrong. Let's come to my complain.
I was playing on EU_CRPG_5_MaxLvl20 and some guy was delaying,at least in my and, as the poll showed, the majorities opinion. So I started a poll vote. He got kicked. Without warning i was kicked by Guard_Tristan. I rejoined why i got kicked. Again he told me aggressivly that i abused the vote. I have to make clear that that vote was the only one i started. Then he kept on moaning and told me again and again that i have to be thankfull that i didn't get a ban. At that point I may have lost the strings and told him my opinion and got banned.
So there's my question: is this what' c-rpg admin policy is like? If yes good bye and thanks for wasting my time. Big disapointment administration wise there.

Make sure you understand the rules as they are enforced, not as you interpret them. Admins are forced to become rules lawyers and from your description, the Admin was within his area. You should not have started the poll over playstyle. If you believe the player was delaying but he wasn't being kicked by the Admin, you could have used 'i' chat instead to discuss it with them.
Starting the poll anyhow is a bit like flipping a cop off and ramming a car off the road that you think didn't stop at a light, but the cop gave them a pass on the california stop.
Who knows what you said in your opinion, but I imagine it is for chat abuse.
Next time, let the Admin do their job. What you did was become the job.
No random kick/ban polls. Always specify reason before starting a poll
OK: poll-kicking a leecher
OK: poll-kicking an intentional teamkiller
NOT OK: poll-kicking someone who involuntarily hurt you
NOT OK: poll-kicking someone because you don't like his playstyle

In short, the player you polled did absolutely nothing wrong. I was to late removing poll kicks and bans and alas he was kicked because his opposing team was bigger than his own.

I didn't realise you as an admin there. Started a poll as it was still active. Again your job you couldn't manage to fullify.
And let's not forget. It was the one and only poll I started. It was a kick poll. Nothing harsh. And still in my opinion the guy was delaying.

Your opinion on delaying isn't the one that mattered. There was no job to be done. Not until you started up that is.... :wink:
