Iv deleted my main and if i could would like to get Xabber Appointed my main Please and Thank you

You can now make it your main, since it is an STF char you will not be able to use the market with it nor level and retire.
I would recommend to not make an STF char your main.

Also please be aware that to change your main you need to delete your old one and then create a fresh level 1 character to make your new main.
Characters that existed while you had a main will become alts forever.
