We were playing defense on seige, and we were able to build a weapon rack. We were using it to defend our fort, and bananasmasher comes up and destroys it, and then procedes to tw everybody that was using it. Please ban him so that we can use actual TEAMWORK on servers, without idiots smashing all our equpiment.

You posted this in General Discussion as well, don't do that.
I can attest to the last 3-4 days seeing bananasmasher periodically on and always griefing whatever team he is on, either opening gates, jumping in front of swings just to tap M and report someone, or finding other ways to sabotage his team's efforts.

I hate when idiots say that builders are waisting the team's time, and should fight, and then go on to destroy their equipment.
Other players do not exist to feed your multiplyer. Each player helps their team in the way that they think best. If you think that fight/die/spawn/fight/die/spawn/fight/die/spawn is best, than do that! But don't destroy people's equipment because you are to stupid to see the benifits of planning, and building.
This problem will never stop untill action is taken against it. Untill the bans start rolling, the griefers will continue to hinder their own team by destroying friendly equipment.
