How can you transfer cRPG gold to another player? I know that can you can do it with strategus gold in strategus, but does that work with cRPG gold either?

Yeah, the marketplace is what you should use.

If you want to give gold to someone, then the said person has to put up stones, or something very cheap, with the amount of gold in demand.

Use your imagination.  :)
