Hello. This morning about 9am (GMT +2 i think) me and a horse archer was the last one alive. I took cover and waited for the flags. Got kick polled by Kitipiyoz for that cause for him i think i was supposed to try to catch HA and shot to death. Screenshots have taken by a dead Templar.

This retard guy was swearing me in eu 1 for ım last one..He is turkish teenage boy..I didnt take ss but if u can, check the logs..when ı was last men,he always open ban-kick poll..

Yes i died to first shot but it doesnt change the fact that i got polled for something i didnt deserve.

Since no one has translated what kitipiyoz said, let me do the work for you. "Amınakom" and "Sekter" are cursing words. The former means "fuck you", and the latter means "fuck off" in essence. In case you might want to ban for some more 2-3 extra days...

Poll abuse, yes. Intentional? I'm not so sure. Looks like the guy doesn't know the rules very well. He should perhaps have polled the HA instead. The difference between delaying and just trying to win can be thin sometimes and it's a bit of a gray area.
Don't like the rude language. Bad poll but no previous bans and no history of bad behaviour.
It was only a kickpoll, however. Banning isn't needed in this case. I'll file a warning 'ban' of 1 minute, so when future ban requests are done, admins will take this into account.
If a horse archer or other ranged class is running away and shooting then he isn't delaying.
If people take cover so that he can't shoot anyone, he has to dismount and engage in melee. If they don't take cover, he can keep shooting and running until the round is over or everyone dies or he runs out of arrows.
This is the official stance, there is no other interpretation of the rules.

After the kick i had a chat with him and he told me he was going to poll the HA too but he couldnt because of the polling cooldown. He did poll the HA when the map changed. And he told me that i should be ashamed for not attacking and waiting.

Yeah, i got that from the screen shots. You are allowed to take cover and hide from a HA, like cmpx said.
However, it's just a kick-poll and it happened only once. Thanks for reporting it, it's been duly noted. :)
