when ever i try and load crpg a message says that i amrunning an unsupported version and that i need to buy the game. but i already payed my 20some dollars. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!

Have you played cRPG before today? There was a recent update in the base game. If you have played before today with no problems, try the post stickied at the top of this section (General discussion) for a workaround regarding the update.

Steam likes to autoupdate everything for whatever reason it has. The current version of Warband (1.150) is incompatible with cRPG right now (uses 1.143). The workaround should bypass the forced update, and allow you to play cRPG normally.
If that doesn't work for you, can you tell us if it gives you the same error with the Native module?

if i click the desktop button to play native it says steam is preparing to launch mount and blade warband then it disappears and doesn't load

Try launching via your library tab on Steam?

Also your spamming general discussion with your threads. You sound new but I strongly recommend you read some of the stickied threads to see where you should post things, and you'll probably find a bunch of answers to your questions without annoying everyone.
