Since they were all nerfed by 2 armor points, only slighty weight adjustment was done. I think they should cost less, especially Heavy Gauntlets.
Twenty percent cheaper sounds reasonable, HG would cost around 13K in that case which is still a lot of gold.

Why not.

true, that retarded prize is from old titans times where evrone had plates armors
12500 and still almost no one will use that
-
I don't think this is really necessary, not like a long volouge.
Also why 20%?????

Ohh.. somebody needs wealthy sponsor

The armor gloves give is incredibly high for their weight. If you want to go the gold efficient route, upgrading your body armor is normally the better choice. Glove prices are fine as is, as it gives some difference between what body armor gives you and what gloves give you costwise (one generally costs more weight, the other generally costs more gold).

No thanks, I already see enough min-maxers with medium armor and heavy gauntlets. :)

This..
Plus as somebody else pointed out the armor gain from gloves and especially heavy gauntlets is quite high and good no need to make it cheaper.

Leave it expensive. If you want that additional armor, pay for it. I still see lots of people using it. And it is meant to be rare. ;)

No don't make it cheaper. I have Heavy Gauntlets temporarily and I think they are easily worth their price. Well actually they are not, but it keeps them exclusive. You don't just wear them for the body armor, you also wear them for the super punch capabilities. I love knocking out the last man standing like a badass.
If they become cheaper everyone will wear them instead of just the hardcore punchers.

Yea it's ridiculous. Unless you wear really heavy plate getting past mail mittens is pointless. You're spending more then 1.2k extra for a single armour point when if you spend that much more on actual armour you'll get a lot more. The only time this comes up with armour is with the heaviest of plate, and by then the difference between the strongest gauntlets is at least 4k, so 90% of the time you're better off just wearing leather gloves and the other 10 mail mittens or the mail gauntlets. I want armour to feel like it should fit and scale monetarily, like leather gloves should be used with light, mail gauntlets should be used with the first mail armour and so on. Shouldn't have to burn away your entire income on 10 points of armour.

Disagreed. Lets compare the body armor increase with gauntlets to that with body armor at the cost of weight. The reason you wear expensive gauntlets is because you want to have a better protection/weight ratio.
Mail Mittens have 0.3 weight and 3 body armor. If I were to pick Heavy Gauntlets I'd have 1.7 weight more and 7 more body armor. Let's say you wear a Light Kuyak. If you want 7 more body armor by getting a better body armor I would end up with 5 weight more (Rus Scale). So you have 3.3 weight less with the heavy gauntlets for the same body armor, granted you don't get more leg armor with gloves, but boots are dirt cheap so get better boots.
So you basically pay 15k for having 3.3 weight less. Its a tradeoff that only those that don't care about earning money are willing to make. I personally think that it is well worth it. I don't need money anyway. Nobody is forcing you to get expensive gloves, get some more weight at a lower price. There is still plenty of people running around with heavy gloves and I think they should pay the price.

I'd rather win and be blackbarred instead of dying. That's why I use the black gloves now when I go full infantry. The more armor gloves provide, the more reasonable armor you could wear. You could stay both fast and strong that way.
I think their weight->armor ratio are too good to have a price decrease.. Not to get into the ridiculous amounts of armor looms bring.
