Title: Suggestion to modify ticks.

Now the ticks go like this: 6:30 1st tick, 6:00 2nd tick, 5:00 3rd tick, 4:00 4th tick, 3:00 5th tick, 2:00 6th tick 1:00 7th tick.
Here is my suggestion:     6:00 1st tick, 5:30 2nd tick, 5:00 3rd tick, 4:00 4th tick, 3:00 5th tick, 2:00 6th tick 1:00 7th tick.

People get mostly pissed off when they're downloading a new map with 20kbs speed (when their internet could be able to download the map in couple secs) and due to long download time they miss the 1st tick. Changing the halfway tick from 6:30 to 5:30 solves this. I've never been in a round that ends before 5:30 so I really don't think there's any need to worry about missing that tick. There're also some people who leech to 6:30 before leaving, so this solves that also.

Generally if you're not in by the 6:30 mark you won't spawn.  I voted for your change, but in all honesty, if I have to d/l a map and have a multiplier going, I'm just praying I am able to spawn, even if it's after the 6:30 mark. 

I think this is a valid concern, but I think the major issue is the multiplier reset.  The dev's were clearly trying to fix an issue (most likely I'm assuming people abusing the banner balance by not spawning the first round of a new map and waiting for banner balance), but of course it created new problems.  Now you have to suicide rush the enemy if you need to use the bathroom, take a phone call, or basically do anything AFK for a few minutes.  Before you could go spectator, not negatively affect your team, and still keep your multiplier...

"Fix" one issue, create another.  Revert the multiplier reset.

That is true also.

When there was 5 scores require to win (or even with 4 scores require to win), I kinda enjoyed the 1st round killing my clan m8s =D but now that it requires only 3 scores I want to play with them all the rounds and that doesn't usually happen on the 1st round so it leaves me around 2-3 rounds to play with them =/.

But still my opinion is on the tick change, even if the scores required to win would change back to 4 =D


EDIT: oh yeah I almost forgot, I've been able to spawn even when it's 6:20, but not after that. And the multiplier reset is IMO better now that it's on, people were abusing it too much IMO. But as you said, "fixing" one problem creates another

Not worth the effort :/ its like 50k exp over your whole c-rpg "career"... fuck it.

You can spawn until 6:00!
