Title: Couching your lance

When you couch your lance and strike, it seems like the lance resets and I strike normally. Am I doing it wrong? Hit X, light is not red, click to hit right?

only x.  the lance than gets into position,  all you have to do is aim.  the red light indicates that your lance cannot couch at the moment
