Title: Blurry Characters, Banners, and .png files (some of them)

So I see blurry characters, banners, some .png files on the clock and different armors. I don't know how it happened but it was working fine two hours ago. I left cRPG and went to Native and downloaded Fraps to videotape a castle in the game. When I reloaded cRPG (task manager closed fraps) this was blurry. In game, it was also blurry. I restarted my computer, which is a fairly nice computer, with nice system specs and up to date graphics drivers. Anyone seen this? Have any suggestions?

thats how it looks when you put game on lowest settings everything goes blurry like that

did you lower texture quality slider at all?
