I saw one of these last night in a battle map...how the hell do you make those...it was hilarious. It nailed the last guy to end a round.

Wut. Someone got a kill with a catapult on battle and it wasn't me?!?!?! :cry: My life is over.

You need construction site and materials, both can be found in the throwing section. Constructions are made by placing the site, switching it to the right thing and throwing materials on it, until it is built.

I would love as a test to give each team in battle one premade catapult at spawn.
Im sure it would lead to interesting situations. Spice things up.

Awesome idea. Except I'm sure there would be those campers who just sit around at the catapult the whole round. Maybe make it a new game mode or somethin...

GTFO with your catapults from my battle server. The team that starts building a catapult always loses. Half the team goes to watch the catapult being built, the other half gets slaughtered, then the catapult morons get their asses whooped.
Or if the team starts camping the catapult building as a whole, which is the only thing you can do to not get split up, cause there is always people standing at the catapult, the catapult never gets finished because the teams clash too close to the catapult and it gets caught in the fray.
Now as soon as I reach lvl 30 I don't care much about winning anymore, but just remember that when you are building a catapult you are basically fucking 60 people over.

If we had a conquest mode for cRPG there could be time for a catapult, respawns, and a use (locking down flags with covering fire).

I havent seen a catapult in ages, but the one time there was one the team completely failed. buff catapults :P

It would probably lead to the same thing the artillery does in MM mod: Goons sitting about camping it, messing with each others aim, eventually getting lanced to death.
