I'm new and I had the "main" designation on a guy I didn't like and barely played...I deleted him and now my guy I've put a ton of hours into can't be the main. I had no idea how it worked...I would have deleted the other guy before I made this one had I known.
I will be gutted if I have to start over.
Chars name is Spartiate. Please reset it, it was an honest newb mistake :(

well, it's possible, ask Meow or harald or any dev in IRC (to get to IRC click on the link in the far far far up right it's called chat just up the cRPG) you'll have to wait a bit for the answer.

Done, you can now make it your main.
Be aware that this is a one time thing and from now on if you wish to have a new main character, you will have to delete the current one and then create a fresh level 1 char to make your main.
