Apparently there's only 2 people working on the strategus coding right now (and I assume since Harald was the only one for a while he's pretty burned out) and that's probably why it seems slow going with updates.  If you love strategus (or the idea of strategus) as much as a lot of us do, and you know PHP Coding, I urge you to volunteer your time to help out.  If that means your time is being neglected in another area, ask for help and see if anyone of us non-coding people can help out.

The only non-coding task i can think of right now is improving the location areas for the strategus map. I did them first in photoshop but that turned out to be the wrong tool for that job (outlines overlapping, not "jagged" enough). If someone wants to help with that and knows Inkscape (http://inkscape.org/) (or wants to learn it, quite easy) let me know.
