Title: more realism : weaker bows or stronger xbows

make the bows weaker and/or xbows stronger cuz i saw that archers deal more damage as a crossbow (how is that realistic) they coudlnt pierce the heavy plate armor for that r the xbows made not the bows but they could get a buff against non armored

Yes, let's have loomed arbalest and loomed steel bolts deal more than ONE HUNDRED PIERCE DAMAGE

well but i saw some archers which nearly one hitted me with full plated armor

Bows should be faster and xbows should be stronger but realism doesn't really matter if it gets in the way of balance.

I should just retire, and go back to posting normally like when I first joined...

I think I just can't keep up with this latest generation of c-RPG posters, I should quit while I'm ahead.

Indeed, like when I went into that debate and sucked so many people into believing that there were a bunch of level 36-40 characters wandering around (That triggered the last straw for my title here) or had the ATS server flooded for a few days with Daggers, Knives and Short Swords after convincing people that they did extra damage when swung into the back, where as here the so-called trolls now-days just call everyone sperglords, kick people when reloading, or hurl insults without thought. Now I can just call someone an asshat and be called a troll for it  :rolleyes:

Today's trolls are pretty much comparable to elementary children squabbling and require just that much brainpower.

Insult someone, pull a mild prank or grief someone? You must be trollin'  :rolleyes:

Tears for the record I'm a troll just I don't amount to you. I was there back in the day when trolling was a legit thing and not some stupid insults and whatnot. I made a server of 30 people think crpg was getting shut down forever because Noodles beat chadz in an arm wrestling contest.

OP is half right, though, archery really needs a nerf, but so does crossbundle of sticksry.

I must say i'm very disappointed with the new generation of troll... they are not very... oh can I say... eloquent.
Reading the old troll was a pleasure, a sort of intellectual challenge and aesthetically rewarding spiritual quest
Now... well it's more like watching a bunch of obnoxious kids copying what older people does...

well, it's ain't that bad, it's like reading Lord of the Flies but with a different vocabulary and moral meaning.

I must say that cRPG has lost some of his naive illusion.

 Bah, nostalgia is not the solution, let's just hope we can oppose something to this new reality.
