I have been banned here http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,29708.0.html
and Stolz_MB (who has been banned with me together) unbaned here http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,29770.0.html
I am writing this post to request unban, for the facts that I am going to tell as the following. I think three of us were all doing wrongly by TWing or TKing, but it was not fair to treat me differently (my ban stays) just because of my history, regardless of the fact.
When people were breaking the door, I walked to the front of the weapons swinging at the door. I was hit even though they knew I was there, but they continued to attack the door (with me in front of them). I reported whoever TWed me the last time, and it was Stolz. I kicked him to let him know he did something wrong, but he just attacked me. So I attacked him back. When he tried to TW again he hit somebody else (I think that was Earthdforce). Then Earthdforce thought it was one of us. Then he started to TW us, and we began to TW each other. After a few swings, we began to team up against Stolz. It all ended up chaos. More and more people were involved until the enemy charged out and stopped us from TKing each other.
The log only showed what happened after Earthdforce was accidentally hit by Stolz, and after that, you can see that Stolz kept attacking both of Earthdforce and me, but the only thing was I didn't report him but Earthdforce did.
Thank you for your time on reading this, and I hope judgement would be made based on the fact. Also, I didn't speak only because I didn't check this forum, and then found that somebody who has done same or even worse wrong-doings got exempted only because he spoke.

History and severity of the offense is always taken into account when we issue a ban length and when you ask to be unbanned. He has no record of offense and appologized so when he requested to be unbanned he was.
Your version of the story is again different from the two I've already heard and what the logs show. At this point it doesn't really matter, I've unbanned you. Please remember your next offense will come with more severe penalties.
