Title: Head Shot Icon for Melee head Shot Kills

There should be an icon that appears when you make a headshot with a melee weapon, like the archery headshot icon...

Also need one for Kick Kills. I want everyone to know I kicked some poor bastard in the nuts with my +3 Cased Greaves and that it killed him.

Agreed, it sucks that kicking uses fist pic (have actually died to several kicks while not wearing any armor)

Need more kill/death icons in general.

Should have an arrow and a head, throwing axe and head, etc.   TF2 did that part right.  :P
