Title: Studded Leather Coat DDS Location?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where the location to the item: "Studded Leather Coat" was, I wanted to reskin it, because it's such great armor, but so darn ugly... Forgive me for posting this in the suggestion corner, I wasn't sure which would be better.
