Title: Lordly Rus Lamellar Cuirass, looking for a lighter body armor

I need something lighter, cause somewhere along the lines movement speed has been nerfed in some way, I'm slow as fuck. I'll take a look at anything between 11.5 and 15 weight.

In that case everyone has become more agi whorish or my perception of movement speed has changed, regardless, I feel too slow.
