I noticed you were still in a scrum and were losing so I made that comment.

I then promptly returned attempting to help you beat him to give at least a knockdown and hit you with a thrust charge (which results in a double teamhit report).

You don't make much of a case for yourself by calling someone scum and then saying the TW right after was an accident when he was fighting 1 person.

I know it's a poor argument but I'm not exactly one to enjoy teamkilling. Again, anyone that I play with in ts would be able to vouch for me being very apologetic about the teamhits that I do make and my teamates generally receive the same treatment. If I'm going to be teamhit on purpose and called drunk, you lose that respect from me, but I still want to win that round and since I know that Wojtek is a good player I don't want him to die. It was entirely unintentional and taken out of proportion.

I get teamhit. I rage. Everyone does it. For some reason I decided to say it in "t" chat instead of raging in ts because people were talking. It's just a general rage comment that is being taken out of context.

You frankly startled me, when you're knocked down on the ground by a horse on top of you with no one around you assume its not friendly, so I swung once then after realizing what transpired I asked if you were drunk (a joke). What happened after we all know.

TL;DR - Ban threads that require only screenshots as proof are stupid.

If there wasn't and my eyes betrayed me (They've been known to do that in the past) then I apologize profusely and would like to be banned for a day. I don't feel that intentional tks should go without punishment so if someone else was there that witnessed my team attack I'd like you to post here so I know whether or not I fucked up.

There is no freedom of speechin in a video game. Lol. At any rate, I am sure this is just a situation that escalated and really isn't a huge deal. I really doubt it was intentional. Kreczor is nice enough and I don't take him for the revenge type. Was he annoyed? Sure... but he isn't a murderer.

Kreczor's a good dude, I'm sure he's not lying about the events, but it was a bushleague way to go about it. As long as we get along at the end of the day, do what you gotta do, eating a ban or not. Just gotta see the good in people and laugh it off, and live by those long-forgotten rules we may or may not have learned growing up.

Treat others how you wish to be treated.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything.

Stuff like that. Instead of "fuckin bundle of sticks nerd", try "you rascal, you!"

You know, I figured you probably would have made a post of this nature once I saw this topic. You're beginning to get as predictable as you are tiresome. I suggest you read through the rules of this forum, as this is nothing more than shit posting.

As for this topic, I literally just opened the thread. Gonna check the logs just to be sure before a decision is reached. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident is more than free to also leave their side of the story.

That doesn't stop you from getting banned for something stupid.

Kreczor said more hurtful things than me on an accidental TK. I still got banned for 24 hours. As a general rule for TKs, the admins do what will make the fewest people angry.

As a character witness I don't think Kreczor would TK someone so blatantly, but I also don't think Wojtek would lie about it. See if the logs provide anymore evidence.

Kreczor seems to apologize for the shit talking in chat but refers to the team wound as a complete accident.

Considering there is no further discussion in the logs and no screenshots to contextualize whether Wojtek was alone or next to an enemy when team wounded, I don't think this incident merits a ban.

Wojtek, don't act like you don't call other people similar things all the time when you play either haha. Just looking at the logs of the day I found multiple instances of you cursing and being mad.

I will give Kreczor a warning and remember this incident if something similar happens. Be mindful of teammates when you play.
