It seems I'm in a thread making mood today. But what can I say, people are immature.

Sigvard_of_Chaos and Jar_of_Chaos, over the course of approximately 15 minutes (I started screening about 7 minutes in), let loose a barrage of insults directed at me for their friend being banned. Without exception the insults were sexist, homophobic, and would get you kicked out of any public place including a bar.

That being said, the last thing that this community needs is MORE hate and immaturity. Things like this are why our community is getting smaller. The sheer amount of disrespect and hate directed at fellow players is ghastly.

As usual, it's up to admins what to do, but this is definitely not okay.

I also Like how at the end of those SS's they are starting to try and find out my game name so they can insult me too. That is even more priceless.

I was thinking of SSing that myself, considering that they were raging HARDCORE about that ban almost immediately after it happened in game. I feel sorry for you coy.

And Jar just got unbanned too right after my thread. Seriously wtf, chaos, Man up, and stop being pricks.

EDIT: Also like how Chaos insists on insulting me further too in the beginning. Lovely Chaos.

 I'm assuming this has to do with Sarah Jessica Parker getting banned for griefing fallen players by purposely getting team wounded/killed by jumping in front of them. If I could simply ban jar out of principle, I would. Still, inflammatory chat abuse alone isn't something one can get banned for(I'll let other admins weigh in on this before any kind of decision is made though) That's as far as official rules go anyway. I highly doubt this will stand as far as the CHAOS leadership is concerned.

Sigvard and a certain other CHAOS affiliate should feel just as shitty. I'd strongly recommend keeping all people involved on mute, Coy.


If you guys dislike someone that much, then ignore them.

If you're that bored with the game that trolling is the only way you have fun in c-rpg then go play something else,go outside, turn off chat, do anything but shit like this. This kind of shit is a cancer to the communities and clans affiliated with you alike.

I cannot play a round without getting insulted by chaos or just joining the server. It's bad enough trolling everyone else but them grouping up and insulting just shows they lack any self control and believe they can get away with anything.

I would never stoop to the level of insulting you in public Goretooth. Anyone I talk to on teamspeak (save for a few small number of people) have my full respect. I'm pretty ashamed of myself from shit-talking in the first place but it's just general rage for me. This is just pathetic.

I love Jar so nothing aginst him, but they do feel as if they can get away with just about anything that's why they troll so hard; so much.
I enjoy playing with quite a few chaos individuals so I am not doing this out of spite. I'm simply stating the obvious along side with the community as a whole.

Any justified ban request against a Chaos member has resulted in a ban so far, probably more so than for clanless or members of other factions. We have admins in Chaos that set even stricter standards for one of ours than for others.

There's a reason why there is a mute button. No action should be taken. Mute them and continue playing.

You giving them this reaction is probably the best thing that could happen to them. You get mad and they win. You just got trolled hard.  8-)

It's unfortunate because chaos really is pretty damned good at combat.  Just let your actions speak for you.  Two people targeting a single person and carrying on and on trying to make someone feel bad is silly.  Yes there is a mute button; however, why should the burden be on the person being attacked?  It seems like he went through the proper channels to get a friend banned and he is doing it again.  Clearly they didn't learn anything and feel as if this is acceptable.  If this truly is acceptable and they go unscathed it will be a sad day for CRPG.

Just swallow your medicine and move along.

I would say ban because things like this have always been a pet peeve of mine.  People who go so far out of there way just to try and make somebody feel bad.  Silly little boys.

Short of removing them from CHAOS it's a slap on the wrist. The second ban request in as many days for Jar. I can honestly tell you "You should knock if off or we'll do something about it next time." never, ever works. I obviously have no power to do anything about it outside of my request, but a warning for someone who was warned anyway? Seems pretty ineffectual.

To my eyes this constitutes above and beyond harassment of an individual.. this is not just trash talking about killing someone in game or who just got owned.  Misogynistic and all of that.

Now sigvard, you have a 12 hour ban.  You have a limited ban history but you are being awful in these screenshots and are still breaking the rules, and you helped escalate things to be personally offensive.

Jar, you have 8 bans on record.  The last one ended just today.  You now have been banned for 5 days.  If I personally handle another ban request for yours it will be an essay ban.  Your behaviour is pretty much unacceptable.   This isn't just trolling it is obnoxious and repeated harassment trying to make someone feel unwelcome in the server.  I let a lot of trash talk slide but this isn't about who's bad or good at a videogame its just creepy, petty, and bitter.  You need to review the rules and know where the line is because you keep crossing it.
