Title: [BAN] Merciless_Peter

I'll make this simple.
I was playing on EU_4 minding my own and I accidentally kill Peter at the near end of one round. He reports me despite my apology. Second round he runs after me and tries to block me as I walk, I didn't think it to be out of spite so I kicked him out of my way. He reported me again. By then I understood he was going to be petty so I ignored him. After the round is won, he teamkills me. The following round I kick poll him and all his Merciless buddies call me a ragepoller and spam "2222222". Note: I kick polled him.

It failed with 45%. After that I simply ignored him, and we played another round or two.

The following map, at the start of the round I get BAN polled by Merciless_Peter, for absolutely no reason. Eventually I got banned, and I'm guessing because 30% of the players in the server were Merciless.

Please sort him out, whichever admin processes this errand. I've had enough of their BS.

round ended and i pressed equipment screen 2 times so i attacked accidentely and he died and he ragepollt me 2 sec after it

and if you can see in Bjord's own screen i give the reason for the ban poll before i make that poll and it was at the beggining of the round so people had there own thought on it and it was accepted so i think it was your own fault for your rage poll

Tor can bear witness as well, both to your teamkill and your ban request that was completely unnecessary.

First impressions is that I probably wont be banning anyone tho.

Also if i may support peter , acording to Bjord were all retards and unfortunatly we have no clue what we are doing , neither do we know how evrything works so you cant blame us:(

First of all. I was there and saw what happened. I was also a part of it.

Now. Let's quote the server rules about polling, shall we? I've bolded an important part.

Now for my collection. We were playing on EU 4, having fun fighting with and against each other. Bjord joins but none of us cares, until one of the rounds (the map before the polls) where he for some silly reason started running in front of me when I tried to shoot at an HA harassing us. Dunno why he did this, but he also didn't do it for long, so I thought I should let it go. Funny how he fails to mention this, but wth, bias is bias. Anyway, later on in the new map we continue fighting as normal. During one of the rounds he teamkills Peter during the fighting.

Then the next round, my team dies and the other (with Bjord and Peter in) wins. Right after the round is over, Bjord gets teamkilled by Peter. I don't know from what, but it was AFTER the round was over, and thus didn't affect anything, and as Peter said, an accident brought from the equipment screen. Immediately, before even the next round started, Bjord puts up a poll to kick Peter. No specification of WHY the poll was made, which as I quoted, is something you are supposed to do. No Polls on people who hit you accidentially. I tell Peter over TS to stay calm and see if he posts a reason. He doesn't. Thus we think that this was a ragepoll/poll abuse. We then follow the guidelines and wait for a new round to start, in which we post the reason for the following poll and then make the poll. This can even be seen in the screenshot that Bjord has been so nice to provide us and which is how you are supposed to make polls. Poll abusing is a valid reason for a poll, we stated the reason before the poll and most of the server agreed with us that yes, it was indeed poll abusing by Bjord. Thus, there were no case of Poll abuse by Peter and Bjord got his ban for trying to Poll abuse him.

I know. I just get fucking annoyed at people who starts griefing me, then my clanmate and then makes a ragerequest when we get him pollbanned.

Both of them just raged. Bjord polled Peter for one accidently teamkill - childlisch.
Also Peter could poll him, but to kick, not ban that was raging too.

I think Mr. Admin no one should be punished more than saying him that they are nasty :3
