Title: Ban for leeching

KnightTintin was leeching on EU6 all the time, spawning without weapon and grabbing one from the ground. He even admitted he did it to get another plate armour as you can see in the chat. And he didn't stop it after telling him.
He is always walking around in plate on siege, to afford that he leeches.

Im going to give him a 1 day ban for first offence (no previous bans)
