Title: Share some random recipes
Post by: Tomas_of_Miles on March 29, 2012, 03:03:46 pm
I'll start off with:

A head of garlic
A red onion
A tablespoon of Marmite (yeast extract spread)
A tablespoon of olive oil
Pepper
a teaspoon of dissolved brown sugar/ honey

Get the papery layer off the head of garlic, chop the red onion into eighths. Drizzle them in oil and wrap them in foil. Roast them for about 30 mins in the oven. Take em out, and get the garlic cloves out of the skin. Whizz the garlic and onion in a blender with the marmite and the olive oil, pepper and sugar.

Spread on toast!

True chocolate (at least 70% cacao) melted/for spreading + a tomato

Cut the tomato in 2, stuff chocolate in it, eat.

Bread, butter, celery salt (dunno if this makes sense in english)

Put the butter on the bread, scatter the celery salt on the slice, eat. You can even grill that during 1 minute and enjoy even more. But the bread should not be too... italian (you know, full of nothing but air) if you do that.

Onion
Garlic
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Black Olives
Parsley
Octopus
Pepper
Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
Normal Vinegar
Olive Oil

Cook the octopus. Cook potatoes then chop it to small cubes. Cut the onion, garlic, black olives, tomato(cubes) and parsley to pieces and mix it with the chopped up potato. Clean the octopus (your hands are going to smell like fuk, as well as your kitchen). Chop the octopus to small pieces too. Mix it together with potato mix and add in pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar, normal vinegar and olive oil. Let it stand for atleast a few hours.

Voila, Octopus Salad!

Put asia noodles and random vegetables in a pan and add soya sauce and/or worcester sauce + other appropriate spices, salt, some pepper, you can't make anything wrong actually. Then throw a can of tuna in it and done. It's really quick and tastes very good in my opinion. I eat everything with tuna in it though.  :D

Ahhh I tried to wean myself off stir-fry.

Get a pack of ginger nut biscuits and a tub of houmous. THEN liberally scoop the houmous with the ginger nuts! Does work I promise!

lately i was doing pasta salad quite a lot, basicly it doesn't matter to much what you put in.

but my favorite is usually something with tuna/eggs/mayonnaise/half cooked carrot/other vegetables u find in a fridge like (paprika, fried courgette, fried mushrooms, fried onion...).

the best served cold. what is cool about this dish is its quite healthy and its not heavy, you can make ton of it (so its enough for 2 days or until your flatmates come) and it doesn't take that much time to prepare.

if i could buy an octopus in my country, i'd definitely try out the vibe's salad. i ate it couple of times and it was just awesome...

Hobotnica ispod peke s mladim krumpirima (glavno jelo),
Specijalitet dalmatinske kuhinje

Sastojci:
 2 kg hobotnice
 1 kg mlada krumpira
 1 dl maslinova ulja
 2 dl bijela vina
 osrednja glavica luka
 tri česna češnjaka sol
 papar, peršin

Opis:
Duboko smrznutu hobotnicu odlediti, očistiti i oprati. Poklopiti pekom i nabacati žar.

Stabby's English Sausage Casserole:
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

You Need:
-Sausage (Cumberland Sausage is my favourite)
-Potatoes
-Vegetables of your choice but my favs are: swede, carrot, parsnip, celery, garlic
-Baked Beans
-Worcester Sauce
-English Mustard
-Tomato Puree
-Salt/Pepper
-Vegetable Stock

Pre-Heat Oven to 180 degrees
1. 'Sweat' vegetables with a knob of butter in a large pan for a few minutes
2. Add 1 1/2 stock cubes
3. Add Baked Beans
4. Add 2 table spoons of worcester sauce and tomato puree
5. Add 2 tea spoons of Mustard
6. Add salt/pepper to taste, I also like to add some coriander or mixed herbs
7. Bring to the boil then let simmer for 10 mins
8. Add everything to a casserole dish and cover and then put in the oven
9. After 20 mins put potatoes on to boil
10. When potatoes are done (40 mins or so) Mash them and serve them up with the casserole
11. Jizz in your pants at the taste sensation you just experienced.

Historically inaccurate and delicious dish that possibly pisses of everyone from an eastern culture   (HIDDTPPEFEC)

Take Mei Fun(thin rice noodles) and boil them until fairly soft
Put some form of meat(chicken, shrimp, or beef) in a wok with some schezwan sauce, pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil
Turn the burner or whatever on the highest setting
Let it cook
Add the Mei Fun whenever the meat has cooked
Add about 4 eggs, for a large package of Mei Fun
Add more schezwan, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and soy sauce
Let it stay until the eggs are cooked(might be good with them slightly raw, i don't like raw eggs though)
Thats all

Ramen also works in substitution of rice noodles

I bet Curtis the cunt would love that :D.

Son Of Odin's regular sweet'n hot chicken sauce from hell:

-Honey marinaded chicken chunks
-Wheat flour mixed in watur
-Cream
-Honey
-Mayonnaise
-Spices: chili, chicken soup cube (or whatever the fuck it is called in english. it is just some chicken spices in solid piece)
-Macaroni or Rice.

1. First boil watur for macaroni/rice and put that shit in the boiling water.

2. Cook the chicken in a pan. Could also add some onion, we don't, THIS IS REGULAR!

3. Then pour in wheat flour water in. Mix it gently like Swedish lady until it begins to get thick.

4. After that put in some cream (amount depends on how thick you want the sauce to be).

5. Eat predinner mayo, it's good for you!

6. Add more honey according to your preferences.

7. Throw in some spices that normally are related with chicken foods. Then add the chili to make it melt your face off!

8. Cook it a while longer to give the sauce the best thickness and flavor.

9. Taste it.

10. Add more spices if you like.

11. Put macaroni/rice to your plate. Add KIKKOMAN (if rice).

12. Put the chicken sauce on top of that shit.

13. Take fork and knife.

Dinner is served bitches!
